Poor Baby

Today Carter got my cold that I've had for the past few days. It is so sad because he wakes up coughing, and it sounds awful, but he doesn't complain, except I know he's extra tired because he's not sleeping as well. Today I put him down for a nap at noon. Normally he sleeps until 3, but I heard him stirring at about 1:20 so I went to check on him. He was just laying there with his eyes wide open looking around. I thought he'd go back to sleep so I left to finish getting ready. When I went back in to check on him, he was still just laying in his crib checking things out. It was too cute. I decided to get him up, and when he saw me he gave me the biggest grin.
So- we took a bath and went to the store to get some medicine. Hopefully he'll get better soon. I hate it when they're sick!
