He loved the balloons!... until he got all tangled up in them
And he especially loved the cake!... until we took it away! He was in chocolate heaven!

He was pretty serious opening presents- this is the most smiley picture I got.
And this is the birthday cake before it got demolished! I must say, I've got a little work to do before I can perfect a birthday cake like my mom. Making it brought back memories of my mom always making our favorite cake, and going all out for our Birthdays.I love you Carter! I'm so excited to see what the next year has to bring!

How are you doing? I found your blog on Laci's and thought i should say hi. Wow i haven't talked to you in so long. How are things going? Well Happy Birthday Carter he is way to cute. That first year goes way to fast. Carter looks like a little man. Don't you just love the mess they make with the cake. I think Jackson had the cake in places i didn't even think the cake would go.
He's such a cutie! I love the picture with his body covered in chocolate! That's the way to celebrate a birthday!!! Your cake looks so delicious!!

He is a little stud muffin! Such a cutie. He was hilarious in Sunday school... he showed us the sound he makes when he tries to tickle you. So cute!
