Well, it's been an exciting week here in the Sant home! Nope, he doesn't crawl yet- but he has started walking!!! Ok- to be fair, he can army crawl, and he did finally pull himself up in the crib- but crawling has never been his forte! But yesterday, he finally let go of my fingers- well actually I made him let go, and he did pretty good- so we decided to practice some more when Dad got home!
Well, it's been a while since I've posted pics of Carter- and I thought it was high time! We took a trip to Lake Mead this past week- and he had a blast. He had his shades on and was ready to go. (the lake water was a bit cold- so he preferred the hot tub) But he loved riding on the boat, and playin with the other kids. Sorry, I'm not including any swimsuit pics of us! (I know you're disappointed:)So, even though life changed as I knew it on July 27, 2007. I no longer live by my own schedule- it constantly rotates around his, and we deal with early mornings, and spit up ALL the time, and teething, and stinky diapers, and constant change. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I love you Carter!
And, to our Moms. I obviously never fully appreciated how much you love us! And how much work you went through to raise 4 and 5 kids! And you kept on loving us when we talked back, and didn't do our work, and didn't want to spend time with you. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful Mom and a fabulous Mother-in-Law. I love being able to share all of our special moments with people that we know care just as much as we do. We love you so much!
